Apple New iTunes Announcement Related to Beatles, Says WSJ

If you hop on now to Apple.com, you'll notice that they have a message waiting relating to an "exciting announcement that you'll never forget". What could this be, you ask? Well, Wall Street Journal says it's related to the Beatles, and that their music will finally be on sale at iTunes. Is this as exciting as it should be? Maybe, but if you're not a fan at all, then you probably wouldn't care one way or the other. Then again, the Singapore iTunes store doesn't support the purchase of music anyhows.

appleinsider.com - Citing people familiar with the situation, the site reported Monday evening that Apple's "exciting announcement" would revolve around the arrival of Beatles songs on iTunes. Representatives of the band, as well as their EMI Group record label, were in talks with Apple as recently as last week.
