Apple brings classic "Get a Mac" feel to new iPad Pro ads

Apple has rolled out a new iPad Pro campaign, "We Hear You" which consists of four 16-second ads comparing its tablets against PCs.

Using tweets from real users, the ads show how the iPad Pros are better than PCs in aspects like security, LTE connectivity and Word compatibility with the Apple Pencil. The iPad Pro ads have a similar feel as the classic "Get a Mac" campaign where actor Justin Long - who was recently hired by Huawei to promote the Mate 9 phone - and comedian John Hodgman as a Mac and PC advocate.

Given the lengthy iPad upgrade cycle, Apple has made a right call to target new users or switchers with these iPad Pro ads since it's harder to persuade existing iPad users to upgrade. Good job, Apple! These are some of the best ads you've done in recent memory.
