Angry customer smashes iPhones and Macs in French Apple Store

While Apple is well-known for having high levels of customer satisfaction worldwide, it apparently failed to please one customer in Dijon, France.

Three YouTube videos show a man smashing several iPhones and Macs at an Apple Store. Based on a report by iPhonote, the man was unhappy with Apple for not honoring the E.U requirement to provide two years of warranty after a purchase. As he walked around the store shouting about his consumer rights, the man used a heavy steel ball and smashed the display units.

Security staff from the mall soon appeared and escorted him out of the Apple Store. While waiting for the police to arrive, the man tried to escape, but was quickly caught. Fortunately, no one else was hurt in the incident.
