 The Alcatel OneTouch smart watch.

First showcased at CES 2015 earlier in the year, Alcatel has just announced that its new OneTouch smart watch has been officially released in Singapore. Compatible with both Android and iOS, the OneTouch smart watch is also a winner at the iF Design Award.

It sports a 41.8mm wide stainless steel case and has a round dial with a 1.22-inch color display that is capable of putting out 262,000 colors and has a display resolution of 240 x 204 pixels. The case is finely finished with beveled edges and seeks to emulate the looks of traditional watches.

The OneTouch smart watch is also chock-full of features and functions. It has an accelerometer, gyrometer, altimeter, allowing it to effectively monitor its wearer's activity levels and sleep cycles. It even has a built-in heart-rate sensor.

Impressively, Alcatel claims a battery life of 2 to 5 days, with full charging taking only about an hour to complete.

The Alcatel OneTouch smart watch will be available from today with a recommended retail price of S$248.

Qoo10 is running a special promotion and the first 10 customers to order will be able to do so at the special price of S$199. The first 50 customers will also receive a free power bank worth S$25.
