Aftershock has launched its next-gen XG Series Gaming notebooks.
The refresh includes the updated XG13 (now XG13-V2) offering an optional 4K Ultra-HD 3,200 x 1,800 display for a sharper resolution, and more desktop real estate. The entire XG Series features the next-gen Maxwell architecture NVIDIA GeForce GTX 860M GPU which boasts a considerable 40% performance increase from the previous GTX 760M, as well as a battery boost feature that significantly improves mobile gaming endurance.
All XG systems are also equipped with an on-board amplifer boost for greater audio fidelity for headsets, and a Full HD 2.0 MP webcam. The series features 3 form factors, 13.3-inch (XG13-V2), 15.6-inch (XG15-V3), and 17.3-inch (XG17-V2). There's also a new interface software that lets users control the fan speed for better heat management. In addition, gamers will appreciate that the windows key can now be disabled during gaming mode.
Users can personalize the system to their exact preferences with automobile paints and wraps. Backlight color of each individual key on the keyboard can also be customized on request.
