Following up with their promise of having Adobe Flash on mobile devices running on Google Android, Adobe has also made good on its promise with a tablet version. At the Web 2.0 Expo, the company revealed a prototype Android tablet (maker unknown) that runs both Adobe Flash and Air with no issues.
Engadget - Well, here's something of a surprise. In addition to demonstrating Flash running on phones like the Nexus One and Palm Pre at the now-happening Web 2.0 Expo, Adobe also has a prototype Android tablet of some sort on hand that, according to Zedomax, runs Flash and Air apps "flawlessly."
With Apple's iPad and iPhone guarding itself against Flash, this new tablet entry could bring some serious competition to the Cupertino-based company. But with no confirmation of its availability, all we can do is wait, or check out the videos posted over here.
