Activpass wants you to live spontaneously

Activpass is the newest player in an ever-growing world of mobile apps, but where it stands out from the rest, is in its claim – it rewards us to live spontaneously. And just how does it propose to do that?

Well, it works on a system roughly like last-minute tickets on Broadway. Every day, hours of gym space, spa space, and even class space goes unused because of under-booking or no-shows. So, what Activpass does is to draw on a network of over 300 business and independent professionals to offer these unused services and facilities to you at a good discount.

That’s some 1,000 services that include yoga, personal training, circuit training, golf, body rehabilitation, pre and post-natal massages, chiropractic, beauty and aesthetic treatments, so there’s certainly plenty to choose from. Enjoy a whole range of activities without the burden of pricey long-term packages, and with the freedom of picking a facility that’s nearest to you.

The best thing might be that Activpass is completely free. The app promises no hidden costs or fees, and you can choose to search for last minute deals under the “Last-Minute” section, which offers deals on bookings up to three days in advance.

There’s also a rewards system where you earn Activpass Points which can be used to offset the costs of classes and services, or to redeem gift cards that you can share with friends and family. Geofencing and location technology used by the app ensures that you’re always aware of deals closest to you.

The Activpass app is available now for both iOS and Android from the respective app stores.
