Android has Largest Smart Device Market Share

According a Q1, 2013 report by Canalys, 59.5 percent of all smart devices in the market -- 308.7 million smartphones, tablets and notebooks -- were running Google's Android operating system. Apple was in second place with a 19.3 percent market share and Microsoft had a market share of 18.1, just slightly behind Apple.

A leaked Google Play Services (v3.1.36) update file contains codes that hint at a new multi-player social gaming network called Google Games.
