Tech News Intel has quietly launched its Apollo Lake SoCs for budget desktop PCs and low-powered laptops
In the wake of the formal launch of the 7th generation Intel Core “Kaby Lake” CPUs, the company has decided to quietly introduce their “Apollo Lake” SoCs.
On a muted note, Intel has released the 14nm-based “Braswell” systems on a chip that aim to power entry-level desktops and notebooks. Find out more about these new systems on a chip here.
Toshiba has recently just launched the Toshiba Chromebook, the company's first Chromebook, and the world's only (for now) 13.3-inch Chromebook. The Toshiba Chromebook features an Intel Celeron (Haswell) processor, as well as 2GB of RAM and a 16GB SSD.
