Interior Design Part 1
The interior of the Titan Robela is spacious enough that even extended ATX motherboards are supported. However, despite the obvious efforts by Titan to make the Robela neat and presentable, we would not call it a success. By placing the connectivity ports at the top of the casing, these cables would have to travel all the way down to the bottom to reach their usual connectors on the motherboard. This contributes to a potential entanglement with the cables from the 5.25-inch drive bay devices. Good cable management is being asked of users, something that cannot be relied on, though with water-cooling on the most crucial components, ventilation is arguably not the most urgent issue.
We did find the small diagrammatic instructions pasted at strategic points in the casing quite useful. They tell users how to install their components with the tool-free aids included in the Robela. Titan has jumped onto the tool-free bandwagon like many vendors nowadays and all the expansion slots and drive bays are tool-free. The only likely use for a screwdriver would be for securing the motherboard to the casing. The stickers are a nice touch but probably useless to most potential buyers who would most likely know how they work anyway.
On its website, Titan warns users that power supply units of a non-standard size may run afoul of trouble when closing the side panel. This is because the water-cooling radiator on the side panel may interfere with it. Hence, ensure that your power supply is between 140mm to 145mm in length because this is a certain showstopper. This is one issue that Titan hopes to correct in a future revision but for now, checking this requirement is a must.
