As a result of the overclocking on the PowerColor, you can expect between 2% to 3% improvement over the standard Radeon X1650 XT (in our case, the MSI card). It also means that in 3DMark06, the competition between the PowerColor and the GeForce 7600 GT was more close, with the differences between the cards narrower at most resolutions. Still, one would be hard pressed to distinguish between the two Radeon X1650 XT cards under normal usage.
