The Mi 5 is said to come with a 5.2-inch display, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 processor, 3GB or 4GB RAM, a 16-megapixel rear camera, a 3,000mAh battery and a fingerprint sensor.
The Mi 5 Plus is expected to sport a 6-inch Quad-HD display with a bezel-less or edge-to-edge design, 4GB RAM, 32GB internal storage space, and a 16-megapixel rear camera with optical image stabilization.
Xiaomi recently unveiled the Mi 4i, which is powered by a second generation Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 octa-core processor, 2GB RAM and a 3,120mAh battery. Together with the Mi Note and Mi Note Pro phablet devices, Xiaomi is certainly taking the smartphone market by storm.
