Witching Hour Studios Unleashes Multiplayer Wargaming Mayhem with "Ravenmark: Mercenaries" for iOS

Witching Hour Studios, an independent game developer from Singapore, released its second game app, Ravenmark: Mercenaries last week on the Apple App Store. Available as a free app supported by in-game ads and in-app purchases, the game also requires a network connection to play.

Ravenmark: Mercenaries is the sequel to the critically acclaimed turn-based strategy war game, Ravenmark: Scourage of Estellion, from Witching Hour Studios. It allows you to build and command an army of formidable, diverse mercenaries, each with different sets of skills and combat prowess.Players can mix and match to develop their own style of combat and the game allows asynchronous multiplayer battles against friends or random strangers.

Anchoring the battles of Ravenmark: Mercenaries are the turn-based strategy mechanics that won critics over in the original 2011 war game, Ravenmark: Scourge of Estellion. The game features the "we-go" phase system where friend and foe attack in the same phase. Victory will come to players who mull over their varied combat options such as Formations and Zone of Control to conquer the battlefield.

Founded in 2010, Witching Hour Studios consists of three friends with a core vision on creating games with deep gameplay mechanics and lavish narrative experiences. For more information, you can visit their website at www.witching-hour.net
