There are Things You Shouldn't Do with Google Glass. This Man Went Ahead and Did Them.

There are certain things you really shouldn't do with Google Glass. Then there are things that Google actually advised AJ Jacobs, editor at large at Esquire magazine not to do. Of course, those things are exactly what he did when he got his pair, from cheating at poker, to searching for online profiles to pick up girls:

Matt is flirting with one of the South Carolina women again. She tells him her name. I find her Internet trail and feed him information.

"So you like Mad Men?" he asks (from her Pinterest board). "What was it like being a casting assistant?" (LinkedIn.) "Tell me about the Sloppy Tuna music festival in Montauk" (a photographer's Web site).

The woman is both fascinated and freaked out. She takes out her iPhone to see where we are getting this. Her friend pulls her away to the bathroom.

The thing is, Google Glass may be coming to the general public in 2014, so it might not be too long before we're all Googling strangers we just met.

Check out the entire Esquire article to see how Google Glass works with reading Moby Dick, streaming YouTube while washing the dishes and reminding Jacobs of his own mortality.
