StarHub today announced that its one-stop online music portal, Music Anywhere, is now open. For a flat monthly fee of $9.90, music lovers will be able to stream over 10 million songs from 500 international and Asian music labels across their computers and mobile devices.
All customers who sign up for KKBOX through Music Anywhere will enjoy two months of subscription for free as a launch promotion, with StarHub Mobile post-paid subscribers getting a free 1GB local data bundle upsize for their music streaming needs.
Separately, the first 1,000 customers who buy the HTC One from StarHub starting this Saturday, can get 12 months of subscription to KKBOX and a HTC One flip case for just $9.90.
Coming up next, StarHub will offer Music Anywhere users a chance to win meet-and-greet passes to Mayday’s concert in Singapore next month, and a trip to Taiwan in July 2013 to attend the prestigious 24th Golden Melody Awards.
Music fans can look forward to getting more exclusive invites to music showcases, music award ceremonies and meet-and-greet sessions with their favourite artistes, among others. More details about these monthly perks will be available on Music Anywhere in due course.
The three-year-old online music store was rebranded as "Music Anywhere" on 5th March 2013 to coincide with the expansion of its digital music offerings in collaboration with KKBOX, the leading provider of digital music subscription services in Asia. Android users can download the Music Anywhere app from the Google Play Store. If you want to know more about the music portal, click here.
