Just months ago, Apple announced that it has acquired popular headphone maker Beats for US$3.2 billion, which also happens to be the company's biggest acquisition yet.

In anticipation of future Apple/Beats audio devices, Samsung has announced its new line of premium audio products called "Level". Spearheading this new lineup are two headphones, an earphone and a Bluetooth speaker, and they will be available in the U.S. starting from tomorrow.

Level Over is a wireless Bluetooth headphone with active noise-cancellation capability that will cost around US$350 and is set to do battle with the Beats' Studio wireless headphone. Level On is an on-ear headphones that will be priced around US$179 to combat the Beats Solo. The Level In is an in-ear headphone that will go for around US$150, going head to head with Beats' Powerbeats and Tour in-ear headphones. Finally, there is the Level Box, a portable Bluetooth speaker that will fill the same category as the Beats Pill speaker.

No word yet on local availability, but we will update according once we get details.
