Razer's Project Fiona Promises New Form Factor for PC Gaming
More teaser videos are popping up just a few days before CES 2012, and Razer has just posted a YouTube video and has its teaser site pcgamingisnotdead.com up and running.
Codenamed Project Fiona, the makers of gaming peripherals promises a new form factor for PC gaming, though they didn't reveal much details on what the device will look like. The video focuses on footages of games such as Assassin's Creed: Revelations, Firefall and Tom Clancy's Hawx 2. Astute observers will notice that Razer took a dig at Apple, claiming that their device isn't "simple, delightful or magical", and finally stating that their device is "badass".
There's some speculation this might be a teaser for an update to the Razer Switchblade, which was revealed at CES 2011. Given that Intel's Atom N2600 and N2800 processors will be showing up on ASUS' new netbook lineup, a similar situation might be possible for an updated Razer gaming device. Till then, we'll have to keep our eyes peeled and check out what Project Fiona is on 10th January. Hopefully, we'll also get some hands-on time with it.
