Parallels launches new Parallels Desktop 10 for Mac with OS X Yosemite integration

Parallels has just launched its latest virtualization software, Parallels Desktop 10 for Mac, for Mac users to help them run Windows application seamlessly on their Mac systems. Parallels Desktop 10 for Mac will also offer closer integration with the new and upcoming OS X Yosemite.

Integration with OS X Yosemite aside, Parallels Desktop 10 for Mac also comes with numerous performance enhancements and new features. For instance, Windows documents now open up to 48% faster and battery life has been improved by up to 30%. Memory footprint has also been reduced by 10%.

That aside, Parallels Desktop 10 for Mac is now more easier to setup and manage than ever thanks to the new setup wizard and enhanced Parellels Control Center.

Parallels Desktop 10 for Mac will be available beginning today as an upgrade for users using Parallels Desktop 8 and 9 for Mac at the price of S$58. New users can purchase Parallels Desktop 10 for Mac from the online store or from retail outlets for S$98.
