"Mission Impossible" Crooks Steal $26k worth of Products
A group of thieves cut a hole in the roof of a Best Buy store and rappelled in and out with about 20 Apple computers costing US$26k. They did not set off the store's alarm because none of them made contact with the floor. Not only that, they also managed to avoid being caught on tape, leaving the police with very little to work with.
Cult of Mac - “(This was a) high level of sophistication,” said Detective James Ryan, a police department spokesman told NJ.com “They never set off any motion sensors. They never touched the floor. They rappelled in and rappelled out.”
