LG G6 rumored to come with Google Assistant

While Samsung is using its own AI assistant on the Galaxy S8, LG is rumored to be using Google Assistant for the G6 phone.

Business Korea reports that LG is working with Google to strengthen its smartphone business and the G6 phone may be the first phone in South Korea to use Google's AI voice assistant service. The Google Assistant is currently exclusive to the Pixel smartphones. If this rumor turns out to be true,, the G6 will also be the first non-Pixel smartphone to come with Google Assistant.

The excellent working relationship between Google and LG has reportedly helped the South Korean company to clinch the deal to design and build a pair of flagship smartwatches running Android Wear 2.0. The G6 will be announced on 26 February at Mobile World Congress 2017 and could be available as early as 10 March. It is confirmed to sport the world's first QHD+ display with 18:9 aspect ratio. Other rumored specs include the use of heat pipes and a more traditional smartphone design
