Kenneth Cole and Geneva Watch Group announce the launch of the Kenneth Cole Connect Smart Watch Collection

Kenneth Cole has just announced the launch of the new Kenneth Cole Connect Smart Watch Collection with 12 styles (including Dress Sport, Classics and Fashion), containing app-enabled functionality that lets you stay connected with alerts for incoming calls, texts and calendar events.

The collection features styles for both men and women, and will run on regular watch batteries, so no special chargers will be necessary. The watches will also allow you to control music on your smartphone, and of course, take selfies without holding on to your phone. Time will be synchronized between the phone and watch, and it seems there will be three watch faces to choose from - standard time & day/date; time with big digits HM; and world time display.

Other features include a stopwatch, low battery alert, 3 ATM water resistance, and “Don’t Leave Me Alerts” that notify you when you’re moving too far away from your phone, breaking the Bluetooth connection.

An assortment of styles have been prepared.

The watches are expected to retail from US$135 to US$165 when they hit stores in April.
