Samsung's Galaxy A family is getting a new member soon and some of its specs have been leaked online.

According to Geekbench results, the upcoming Galaxy A9 will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 620 processor, 3GB RAM and Android 5.1.1 Lollipop. Other specs include a 6-inch Super AMOLED display, 32GB internal storage space, a 16-megapixel rear camera and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera.

Aside from the Galaxy A9, Samsung is rumored to be working on the next generation of smartphones to succeed the existing A3, A5 and A7 smartphones. Currently, the Galaxy A8 is the flagship device of the Galaxy A series with a 5.7-inch Full-HD display and a 5.9mm thin metallic chassis. The Galaxy A series was introduced in January this year and hit local retail stores a month later.
