Canon Mobile Printing App for iOS Launched

Canon has launched its Mobile Printing App for iOS, which will enable iOS users to print documents of frequently-used applications, including Apple's iWorks, PDFs, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Canon printers that support this function include selected models in Canon's range of consumer and business printers - Laser Shot, imageCLASS, imageRUNNER, and imageRUNNER ADVANCE series.

Also introduced is the Canon Wi-Fi Connect portal, where users can find out more about the range of products that are Wi-Fi enabled, such as wireless capabilities of the various Canon consumer printers, cameras, and camcorders. Besides the Mobile Printing App for iOS, there are other Canon apps for smartphone users:-

• Canon EOS Remote (iOS & Android)
• Canon CameraWindow (iOS & Android)
• Canon Movie Uploader (iOS)
