Canon announces launch of Canon Print Hub at the Singapore Sports Hub

Mr Kensaku Konishi (President and CEO, Canon Singapore Pte. Ltd.) and Mr Oon Jin Teik (Chief Operating Officer, Singapore Sports Hub.).

“Through the deployment of the Canon Print Hub, we are committed to helping the Sports Hub achieve its ambition of being the premier destination for sports, leisure and entertainment enthusiasts. We will do this by creating continuous efficiencies which will help the facility manage costs while delivering the best experiences.” said Mr Kensaku Konishi (President and CEO, Canon Singapore Pte. Ltd.) at today’s launch of Canon Print Hub at the Singapore Sports Hub.

By managing the entire input-output document environment of the Singapore Sports Hub, and offering in-house print advisory services via their Managed Document Services platform, Canon looks to drive efficiencies and productivity savings of approximately SGD$2 million for the Singapore Sports Hub over five years.

Canon's own staff will manage the Canon Print Hub.

The services the Canon Print Hub will provide will include document management solutions, managed document services, mailroom services, creative services and print production services. At the same time, co-locating the hub on the premises of the Singapore Sports Hub allows the Singapore Sports Hub quicker, more cost-effective turnaround of marketing collaterals and faster roll-out of customer engagement programs, allowing it to react on shorter notice. Because Canon will be posting their own staff at the Canon Print Hub, technical expertise and know-how will also be on-site, making for a much more efficient workflow overall.
