Canon and Their EOS-1D C DSLR Having 4K High-Resolution Video Capture Capability

Once again, Canon managed to steal the headlines of front pages with their news about releasing EOS-1D C DSLR which targets the people in the film industry, mostly. The soon-to-be-released DSLR features an 18.1-megapixel full-frame 24mm x 36mm Canon CMOS sensor that’s capable of recording 8-bit 4:2:2 Motion JPEG 4K video to the camera’s CF memory card at 24 fps (frames-per-second), and if you so desire, you can also capture Full HD 1920 x 1080 video at selectable frame rates from 24p to 60p.
There is no definite date as to when it will come out but 2012 will definitely be the year we lay eyes upon this weapon of mass artistry.
