Apple TV Comes to Singapore
Apple TV Comes to Singapore

Earlier today, Apple announced the availability of its iTunes Store in 12 Asian countries, including Singapore. Users in these countries now get to enjoy music and movies, on top of other content, and tons of apps in the App Store.
While there's no official press release (yet), Apple has also launched the Apple TV in Singapore. For the uninitiated, Apple TV is a little box that connects to your TV via HDMI, so that you can enjoy HD movies from iTunes on your big-screen TV. You can also stream music and photos from your computer. You can even play content on your iPad, iPhone, or iPod Touch on the Apple TV via Apple's AirPlay wireless protocol. Of course, the Apple TV also supports popular online sites like YouTube, Vimeo, and Flickr. For news summaries and breaking stories, there's a Wall Street Journal Live.
The Apple TV is now available on the Singapore Apple Store for S$148.
