Apple Hits Back at Adobe

Apple is one that rarely comments to remarks or attacks, but the company's spokeswoman Trudy Miller retaliated at Adobe's attacks saying that it is in fact Flash that is closed and proprietary. Mike Chambers, product manager for Adobe, recently claimed that Apple's closed system made it restrictive for developers who wanted to use Flash to develop apps for Apple devices. This was what Apple's Trudy Miller said:

Apple Insider - "Someone has it backwards -- it is HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and H.264 (all supported by the iPhone and iPad) that are open and standard, while Adobe's Flash is closed and proprietary," Apple's Miller said in the statement.
