Alleged Specs List of Samsung Galaxy Note III Leaked

The Samsung Galaxy Note III is said to have identical dimensions as its predecessor, Galaxy Note II (left).

SamMobile received insider's information on the alleged specs of Samsung's upcoming Galaxy Note III.

According to its sources, the Galaxy Note III will sport a 5.68-inch Full-HD Super AMOLED display, a 1.8GHz Octa-core Exynos 5420 processor, 3GB RAM, 13-megapixel rear camera with Optical Image Stabilization and runs on Android 4.3 Jelly Bean. Other specs include internal storage capacities of 16/32/64GB, micro-SD card support up to 64GB and a 3,200mAh battery.

As usual, the Galaxy Note III will come in two models - SM-N900 and SM-N9005. It is believed that SM-N900 will be the 3G variant while the SM-N9005 will support 4G LTE connectivity. Leakded GFXBench results indicate that the Galaxy Note III is also powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 quad-core 2.3GHz processor.

However, there are contradicting reports on the display size of the device. Quoting information from Samsung officials, The Korea Times reported in May that the Galaxy Note III will come with a 5.9-inch display. Samsung officials were also reported to have demonstrated a 5.9-inch Galaxy Note III to AT&T.

Despite the increase in screen size, sources told SamMobile that the Galaxy Note III is no bigger than its predecessor, the Galaxy Note II. We will be there at Samsung Mobile Unpacked 2013: Episode 2 in Berlin on 4 September, so keep your eyes peeled to HardwareZone for the latest updates.
