NEC launches its new M Series, which comprises of models M361X, M311X, M271X, M311W, and M271W. The brightness ratio has been increased by 100lm as compared to earlier models, while the contrast ratios have been upgraded from 2000:1 to 3000:1.

Comprising of seven eco-friendly models which offer a range of brightness ranging from 2,300 lumens up to 3,200 lumens in XGA and WXGA formats, the series includes an auto brightness adjustment function which intelligently adjusts lamp output when showing lighter or darker images. An auto lamp dimming function enables the projector to detect if it is left on by feeding it a static signal.
