Facebook has just announced a deal that will see it buy virtual reality headset makers Oculus Rift for US$2 billion in cash and stocks, with another US$300 million depending on Oculus Rift's performance.

AMD has announced three new game developer partnerships for AMD Gaming Evolved, an ISV relationship program that assists developers in creating an enhanced PC gaming experience. They are: Rebellion Developments, Square Enix and Xaviant.
In addition to the entire XG series featuring the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 860M GPU that boasts a 40% performance bump from the previous GTX 760M, the updated XG13 model now offers an optional 4K Ultra-HD 3,200 x 1,800 display.

The new 17-inch Razer Blade Pro sports the next-gen Maxwell architecture NVIDIA GeForce GTX 860M GPU and new integrated Switchblade UI apps, while the latest 14-inch Razer Blade features the IGZO/IPS display panel, and next-gen NVIDIA GeForce GTX 870M graphics.
