The Samsung Roadshow 2006

Expanding its consumer electronic and small business solutions portfolio, Samsung is particularly aggressive in taking on the Monitor, Notebook and Printer market this time round. Read on as we bring you the scoop on Samsung's latest range of gadgets that include a notably stylish triple hinge premium LCD Monitor, a network monitor that enables control of multiple monitors, two slim laptops, as well as a few world's smallest laser printers.

Mr Yoon Ki Heung, Managing Director, Electronics Business Division addresses the crowd on the latest Samsung products.

A lovely Samsung guide giving a warm welcome before taking us on a tour of the roadshow.

A Samsung spokesperson demonstrates the capabilities of their new monitors.

The latest 971P Premium is a triple-hinged monitor that sports a radical design.

The Samsung 970P, with a triple-hinged stand and auto pivot function also stands out with space-saving design.

The 711ND is the latest Network Monitor from Samsung. With an embedded AMD Geode GX466 processor and 128MB of ram within, you can access remote servers and other monitors connected to the local area network simply by plugging a keyboard to the monitor and using the neccessary network connection.

The SyncMaster 400TXN is another professional monitor targeted at the networking segment.

Samsung's 21-inch widescreen solution with a decent 1680x1050 native pixel resolution. It also offers Picture in Picture and Picture By Picture technologies for multitasking.

With a 2000:1 contrast ratio, there's very little more anyone could ask for from the 19-inch SyncMaster 931C (unless perhaps a widescreen version!).

HDTV ready, the SyncMaster 940MG is a widescreen 19-incg LCD TV Monitor as well. It even comes with a remote control function and Picture in Picture/ Picture By Picture technology.

Perfect for gamers - the 931BF sports a 2000:1 Contrast Ratio and 2ms response time! Very few 19-inch monitors boast these specs at the moment.
