Accessories including a dock and cases for the quad-core Google Nexus 7 tablet by ASUS emerged on the Internet. Supporting slides with features, prices, and release dates of the accessories are provided inside.
Microsoft has confirmed in its annual report, that Windows 8 will be available to the public on the 26th of October, 2012. That will also be the day that consumers will also be able to put their hands on a Surface tablet.
More leaked court documents have surfaced during the very public Apple vs Samsung legal spat. This time, they revealed that Samsung has allegedly been working on a "P10" tablet that would feature a 256 ppi, 11.8-inch 2560 x 1600 super high resolution Retina-like display and LTE connectivity.

Not much is known about Huawei's upcoming MediaPad 7 Lite tablet so far, except that it would run on a near-stock build of ICS, feature an IPS display capable of 1080p HD video playback and support "cellular voice calls, SMS and MMS via 3G".
Reports point to Dell as being the next manufacturer to participate in building Windows RT devices. However, recent reports say otherwise, indicating that Dell might be left out of the upcoming Windows RT launch.
A Swedish online tech store, Webhallen, was found to have the retail prices of Windows Surface tablets listed on its site. The prices indicated for the ARM-based Windows RT tablets, are much higher than an iPad with similar specs.
