Dell is rolling out a refreshed portfolio of business and consumer PCs built for Windows 8.
Online pre-order for Microsoft's ARM-based Surface RT tablets has started. The 32GB version is priced at US$499 without the Touch Cover; with the cover, it costs US$599.
