Panasonic has announced that it will be rolling out the Toughpad JT-B1 in the ASEAN region at the CommunicAsia 2013. Tailored for enterprise users, the Toughpad JT-B1 is the successor to the Toughpad FZ-G1, which was announced in February this year.

Report: iOS Devices Lead Tablet Market, Windows Garners 7.5% Market Share
According to a report from Strategy Analytics, Apple leads the tablet market with 19.5 million iPads sold last quarter. Microsoft leapt to a market share of 7.5 per cent with three million Windows-based tablets shipped worldwide, up from last quarter's paltry figure of 1.6 per cent.

Microsoft has confirmed that it's working with PC OEMs to develop smaller Windows 8 tablets. But there's no word on whether a 7 or an 8-inch member will be added to the Surface family.
