The HTC Explorer has been officially announced in India, and it will be available in Asia from Q4 2011. Its pricing and availability within Singapore has not been confirmed at this time.

Samsung today announces the launch of the Samsung Omnia W, its first smartphone based on the latest release of Microsoft's Windows Phone, code-named Mango.
With the Windows Phone 7.5 Mango update around the corner, there's no lack of new devices announced alongside the Microsoft update. One such phone is the Samsung Omnia W.
There's no doubting it: Apple will be announcing the iPhone on 4th October. Question is, how many iPhones will be announced?

A video of a Beats Audio-powered HTC Bass was leaked over the weekend, showing off the phone's 4.7-inch display, white chassis and the new HTC Sense 3.5 user interface.
It appears that YouTube is now testing out a new mobile layout that's loosely based on the color schemes and interface elements of the current desktop web browsers, according to macstories.net.
