The biometrics hacking team at Chaos Computer Club has successfully bypassed the biometric security of Apple's iPhone 5S' fingerprint scanner using a high-res photo of a fingerprint of the phone user taken from a glass surface and a latex mix.

SingTel just announced the price plans for the Samsung Galaxy Note 3, which will be available for pre-registered customers on 27 September.
Consumers who have registered their interest for the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 can collect their devices starting 27 September from local telcos as well as Samsung Experience Stores. Alternatively, you may purchase the gadget from 28 September onwards.
The new Apple iPhones are launched today in Singapore, and we visited the telcos to get a gauge of consumers' reception towards the devices.
M1 has just informed customers who've registered their interest for the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 that its available for purchase and collection on the 27 September. Further details within the news.
The Apple Online Store (Singapore) just went live for the ordering of the iPhone 5S, but the website indicates a shipment date in October.
