The same advice that we mentioned below about lowering your resolutions and settings can be extended to these two FPS games. We believe that just by turning the texture and world settings levels down by a notch, one would get playable frame rates for Unreal Tournament 3 for both these cards, with the ATI card still retaining a slight lead of course.

Crysis however would need even lower settings than the Medium which we tested both cards at. This was because even at Medium, it was clearly impossible to play this game on either cards. Without anti-aliasing, the Radeon HD 4550 was about twice as fast at 1280 x 1024 but higher resolutions resulted in a virtual tie. With a similar limited amount of memory bandwidth on both cards, it's probably not surprising that both were equally poor in Crysis.
