Quick analysis
For most people (in the low to medium tier brackets) M1 offers the best phone price and the best monthly subscription price.
Once you get to the mid-high tier, Singtel actually charges much less for the phone, however it's worth noting that while Singtel's monthly plans are on par with StarHub's prices, you generally get less data each month.
In the Premium category where the V20 is free at all three telcos, StarHub's much more affordable 4G 12 plan is the best option.
This is a rare price plan comparison where all 3 telcos have a noteworthy plan - depending on your usage needs.
