Lexmark and M1 Booths

Lexmark's Booth

For the budget-minded, the X2650 all-in-one prints, scans and copies for only S$69.

For small businesses, the X5070 prints, scans, copies and even faxes, all for the low price of S$99.

The X4650 allows for wireless printing and even prints directly from memory cards. Of course, it also scans and copies. All this for S$229, and comes with free wireless headset, Motorola W220 handphone and trolley.

M1's Booth

The telcos are out in full force for this year's first IT fair of the year. M1 was first on our route, and we saw a fair share of mobile phones on offer.

S$0 phones are definitely available, such as the LG Secret that was launched at last year's CommunicAsia 2008. Other LG deals on hand were the 8-megapixel camera phone, the LG Renoir, going at S$288 after a S$200 trade-in. And of course, the latest LG lineup, the fashionable LG Prada II that's priced at S$688 after a S$200 trade-in.

We were pretty surprised to see the BlackBerry Curve on offer at a mere S$38 with the M1 SunMax and BlackBerry unlimited VAS. Seeing as how we haven't gotten the Curve just yet, we can't really put our fingers on it. But we can safely say you can't go wrong with the BlackBerry Bold that's priced at S$198 with the M1 SunMax and BlackBerry unlimited VAS.

Motorola is still in the game with M1, and we see the introduction of it latest Windows Mobile 6.1 device, the Motorola A3100 that's priced at S$168 after a S$200 trade-in. It also comes with a 1GB microSD card and a S$30 Takashimaya voucher. Or if you're just seeking a standard phone, the Motorola MOTORAZR V9, priced at S$188 with a 2-year plan, should do the trick.
