ASUS ZenFone 5 LTE Exclusive Hands-On Session for HardwareZone Readers

ASUS set up booths to showcase the ZenFone 5 LTE and other recent ZenFone models to HardwareZone readers.

HardwareZone Readers' Exclusive Hands-on with the ASUS ZenFone 5 LTE

When the ASUS ZenFone series launched, HardwareZone members were the first to trial the dual-SIM Intel powered phone. Now the ZenFone 5 has gotten speedier with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 quad-core processor, coupled with an LTE modem for speedier internet connectivity. It losses the dual SIM functionality, but the new ZenFone 5 LTE retains everything else good about the predecessor and made it faster.

To convey the differences and to allow discerning users to personally feel what the updated ZenFone can achieve, ASUS re-collaborated with HardwareZone to hold an exclusive hands-on session, just a day prior to the phone's availability at Comex. Last week's Wednesday evening event welcomed 85 participants who were among the first in Singapore to try out the new smartphone. For those who didn't manage to get a slot for the session, here's what transpired at the event:-
