HWZ Deal Alert: 28th July 2017
Weekend shopping!
Start your weekend on the right note with these great deals we found online!
Amazon Prime
Amazon Prime is here in Singapore and to entice users to try out Prime Now, Amazon is now offering a S$10 discount for your first order when you use the code '10PRIMENOW' at checkout. Alternatively, if you're going to pay with a Visa card, you can use the code 'VISA20' to get S$20 off your first order.
One thing to note is that these codes can only be applied on a minimum purchase of S$40. So to maximize this offer, try to look for items that are around the S$40 mark.
Personally, the two things that I think are worth purchasing that are around S$40 are the D-Link DWA-192 AC1900 wireless USB adapter and the Logitech G402 Hyperion Fury gaming mouse.
Unfortunately, you can only shop on Amazon Prime Singapore via the Amazon Prime Now app. The app is available free on both the App Store and Google Play, simply download it and search for these products. You should be able to find these two items easily.
Logitech MX Master
Though the Logitech MX Master has been discontinued in favor of the newer MX Master 2S, users who don't require the multi-computer functionality of the latter will still find the original MX Master a top, top mouse. The MX Master feels good in the hand and it is highly configurable and customizable too, thanks to Logitech's nifty Logitech Options utility. You can now get it for just S$89.

Logitech MX Anywhere 2
Like the MX Master, there's a new version of the MX Anywhere 2 called the MX Anywhere 2S. The MX Anywhere 2S adds multi-computer functionality called Flow, but if you don't use multiple computers simultaneously, the MX Anywhere 2 is still a great little mouse. It's especially great for travelers because it is so compact, and also because it comes with Darkfield laser sensor, which can track on almost any surface - even glass. The MX Anywhere 2 can be found for just S$79, down from its usual price of S$129.

Sony MDR-Z1R
The MDR-Z1R are Sony's latest flagship headphones and they sound pretty great. Though they have a closed-back design, they sound surprisingly wide and open. Resolution is also fantastic. And if you are a basshead, the MDR-Z1R serves up loads of hard-hitting, hard-slamming bass. Though pricey at S$2,599, every purchase of the MDR-Z1R from Stereo will also get you a free iFi Audio iDSD Black Label portable DAC/amp worth S$799! The iFi Audio iDSD Black Label is a nifty little DAC/amp that supports PCM audio up to 768kHz and DSD audio up to 24.6MHz (DSD512). It is powerful too, capable of outputting up to 4W at 16Ohms. For more of our first impressions, we have you covered here.
