HTC One Price Plans Comparison
HTC One Contract Prices in Singapore
The HTC One finally arrives on our sunny shores after its initial launch was cancelled due to insufficient supply of the camera components. We were informed by a fellow forum member that HTC Concept Store at NEX was quietly bringing in limited quantities and taking pre-orders.
Just a week ago, HTC Singapore confirmed that it will be launching the HTC One (32GB, Silver) at all mobile operators and authorized retailers on 13th April. SingTel jumped the gun by revealing the full price plans and promotions, and subsequently confirmed that walk-in customers are able to get the device at its Shops one day before its official launch. Both M1 and StarHub released their respective price plans at midnight. As usual, we have compiled the contract pricing across the board for your easy reference.

Price Comparison Analysis
If you are considering the basic plan across the three telcos, StarHub will offer the best value over two years at $1,381. If 4G LTE connectivity is your top concern, both SingTel (95% by early 2013) and M1 (nationwide) provide more extensive coverage than StarHub (60%) at this moment.
For both mid and high-tier plans, StarHub gives you a better deal by having the lowest total costs over a two-year period and offering more local data bundle.
In the premium-tier category, there is a tie between SingTel and StarHub. However, if you tend to use more than 2,000 minutes of local talk time per month, M1's MaxSurf+ will be better as it offers unlimited outgoing local talk time at just $70 more.
Getting the HTC One without Line Contract
Alternatively, you can purchase the HTC One (32GB, Silver) without line contract at $968 at authorized retailers. The Stealth Black variant and 64GB models will be available from May, with the 64GB model priced at $1,068.
