Highlights from the CP+ Show Floor

Hello, CP+!

If you're interested to know what Canon had been up to at the recently concluded CP+, we've covered a fair bit on that here. In addition, we've walked around the show floor to check out the interesting stuff from the other brands. Read on for the highlights.

Casio, Fujifilm & GE

This is the Casio Exilim TRYX (EX-TR100). As you can see, it uses an adjustable frame design much like a flip phone, only more flexible.

Another view of this 12.1-megapixel EX-TR100.

An attendee checking out Fujifilm's retro-looking FinePix X100. Despite its size, it has a 12.3-megapixel APS-C CMOS sensor. It also uses a 23 mm F2 FUJINON lens (35 mm in 35 mm equivalent), Fujifilm's EXR processor, as well as a hybrid viewfinder. And of course, analog controls for shutter speed, aperture and exposure compensation.

Another attendee trying out the Fujifilm FinePix REAL 3D W3 camera. This 10-megapixel camera is capable of shooting 3D HD movies and still photos.

Yup, these are cameras from GE (General Electric).
