Computex Taipei 2007 - Part 6

ATEN and G.Skill Booths

ATEN's Booth

Known primarily for its KVM switch solutions for both enterprise and the rare power users, ATEN's booth bores the company's simple but commendable slogan.

The new product from ATEN is this four port HDMI switch, which allows the sharing of a HDMI display device with four other input sources.

Now your displays can be further apart from your video source as with this Video Extender through Cat-5 cable, you can extend the distance by up to 30m.

ATEN's bread and butter business is well represented at the booth, like this 8-port USB and PS/2 KVM switch.

G.Skill's Booth

G.Skill seems to be focused on the enthusiast market with memory modules that are more overclockable than your average module. Witness how that approach is reflected in the adrenaline drenched booth decor.

As expected, a system equipped with DDR3 memory modules was shown at the booth, ready and running.

G.Skill looks like it is prepared to sell its new DDR3 memory modules, though of course none were for sale at this trade show.

The highest end DDR3 memory module at the moment from G.Skill is this DDR3-1333 module.
